Cash On Delivery

SWN has launched a new payment system for Indian clients who prefer to pay for the delivery system. We offer partial COD on most of the products.

1) SWN offers COD or Pay on Delivery option for order value between INR 1000 and INR 2500 on eligible products. Please try a different payment method if the COD option is not visible on the product page.

2) We also offer a Partial Cash or Pay-on-delivery option, where one can choose to pay at least 35% in advance and the remaining 65% on delivery for orders starting at INR 4000 and up to INR 18000. To avail of this offer, use code "partial pay" during checkout.

3) Pay on Delivery charges extra to be payable on COD orders equal to 7.5% of the balance amount.

4) Some of our items that comes under restricted category do not qualifies for a COD method. You can buy normally during checkout using Prepay method.

5) The total transit time in this mode is approximately. 15 to 40 days after an order is placed.

6) Currently, we don't accept returns on COD orders, except for damaged items.

7) Kindly note our team shall start processing the order, after confirmation from your side. Meantime you can modify your order information. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change your order. All communications shall be sent to your contact details registered with us.
